All weight loss medications dispensed through our service require a valid prescription issued by our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber following a clinical assessment.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm and may constitute an offence under UK law. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a prescription at any time if we have clinical concerns.
Prescriptions are issued for personal use only and must not be shared or transferred to another person.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Charges cover both the consultation fee (where applicable) and the cost of medication. A breakdown will be provided before you confirm your order. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal or courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
All medication is dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to maintain your privacy and ensure product integrity.
You may cancel your order before a prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via the details on our website.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines (POMs) under UK law, unless the product is faulty or an error has occurred on our part.
If you receive incorrect or damaged medication, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with our complaints procedure.
